Great meet yesterday and a great win too! We beat Tallyn’s Reach by almost 45 points.

This week…….

Sunday June 2nd - Volunteer sign ups are open for both away meets on June 8th and 15th. Meet entries are also open for swimmers to enter their events for the June 8th meet at Piney Creek.

Monday June 3rd - Practice in the morning and the evening.

Tuesday June 4th - Practice in the morning and SSPRD is offering a starts and turns clinic in the evening. Check out the SSPRD website for details.
Parent Social at Great Divide in Lone Tree from 5:30 - 7:30pm (no kids at this event please)

Wednesday June 5th - No morning practice, pictures are at 8am. All swimmer must wear a solid black suit (either plain black or the Wahoos suit). See below for more details. Wednesday evening will be a regular evening practice schedule.

Thursday June 6th - Morning practice. Don’t forget to check family folders for ribbons and fast passes!

Friday June 7th - Morning practice

Saturday June 8th - Away meet at Piney Creek. More details later in the week.

Important Picture Day Announcement

In order to increase efficiency, safety, and offer more creative options for parents, Imagetek will be implementing some changes to picture day.

We are doing away with location risers. This will completely eliminate the need for a "whole team at once" setup. Kids can leave immediately after their individuals are taken- no more waiting around for the team shot. Everyone does need a picture done, so they end up in the team photo (no obligation to order). Coaches, this includes you as well.

We will create team pictures by using individual photos and green screen extraction technology. This approach gives us more time to pose for individual and buddy shots, reducing the risk of kids fainting or getting hurt on the risers. Additionally, everyone's eyes will be open in the team photo. By using a portable studio, we can ensure consistent lighting for all photos.

All ordering will be done via proofing. You will be able to view your photos prior to ordering. This "green screen" process will also allow parents to choose from several unique backgrounds as they order their team and individual photos. There's no extra cost to this added service and parents can still take advantage of early order discounts. (please see sample photos)
