WEATHER UPDATE!
Monday - NO PRACTICE
Tuesday - Practice will be held INSIDE at The Hub (east of Cook Creek Pool). Same practice times as usual. Swimmers should dress in comfy clothes and gym shoes. Parents, we will still be doing new parent orientation during practices.

Before, During, and After: What do I do?
Before the Meet...
What do I pack for a meet? warm clothes for morning, sunscreen, cap, goggles, extra towels, snacks/drinks, printed heat sheet & sharpies, cash for concession (sometimes Venmo is an option), camp chairs, tent for shade...*NO ALCOHOL*
Where do I find the heat sheet? Go to Events/SwimMeets, select event and look for attachments
FOR HOME MEETS ONLY: Families may set up on Friday evenings but ABSOLUTELY NO TENTS MAY BE SET UP BEFORE 7PM. Please note: Our Parent Board gets priority on tent setup…a small way to say thank you for all they do!
At The Meet...
What time should I be there? Arrive in time for warmups (check the event page for exact times...home team always warms up first). *Swimmers should check in with the coaches upon arrival.*
Where do we sit? Find our team's seating area (usually designated) and make friends. Space is limited to squeeze together!
How do I know when my swimmer swims? Find your swimmer on the heat sheet or athlete report and write their Event / Heat / Lane information on their hand/arm.
When do they head to the pool for their race? Watch the First Call / Last Call Display and listen to the announcer...get your swimmer to heating when their events are being called/displayed.
After The Meet...
Who gets ribbons? Top 8 swimmers in each event (all heats combined) receive a ribbon. (If a swimmer is disqualified in an event, no ribbon is awarded.)
Where do I find our ribbons? Check your family folders when they are set out during practices.
What is a fast pass? A fast pass is worth $0.50 at home concessions and is awarded when a swimmer achieves a new personal best in an individual event.
What is All Stars? All Stars is a time based qualification that earns the swimmer an additional meet (July 18th) and a chance to swim against the top swimmers in the entire league. They also earn a gold team cap!
